tEC (the Environment Centre)

We provide free information, advice and support over the phone, via email, at an appointment or a home visit including:

help to access funding for heating repairs and replacements;
temporary heating for those whose heating has failed;
insulation measures;
draughtproofing materials;
energy bill worries, including Warm Home Discount and fuel debt;
switching energy tariff or supplier;
tackling condensation and mould; and
signposting and referrals to other organisations such as home safety visits and healthy living services.
