2020-21 was a year like no other. COVID-19 meant we had to transition to remote working, whilst continuing to deliver our services to the thousands of people who have needed our help. Despite the challenges we have continued to support local residents throughout the pandemic. Here’s a snapshot of the advice we’ve offered and the added value we’ve supported in Southampton.
